Working as the Demand Planning Administrator you will support the Demand Co-ordinator and Demand Planner in specified categories to ensure they have stock in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantity to fulfill demand for stores and online.
You will raise purchase orders and validate them for domestic and internationally supplied products alongside managing the communication, order creation and flow of stock for suppliers delivering direct from their warehouses to stores.
You will support the replenishment of stock from depot and supplier into store via allocations and automated replenishment parameter management as well as provide order and replenishment support to categories with seasonal peaks for example Garden furniture or Christmas.
You will support the prioritisation of product into warehousing and make effective decisions facilitated by promptly relaying issues identified to key stakeholders and managers.

Strong numerical and analytical skills
Spreadsheet skills (Microsoft Excel)
Operational experience of SAP ordering
Demonstration of being able to deliver to agreed timescales
Knowledge of retail operational environment
Knowledge of supply chain critical path
Appreciation of inventory management and working capital costs
Commercial understanding of sales and margin
Good written and verbal communication
Comfortable in working in a high change environment
