About the role:
We are looking for an engaging and passionate learning and development trainer/facilitator to join our exciting team. You will have a passion for developing people and inspiring them to be the best they can be. Through your excellent communication and interpersonal skills you are able to develop strong relationships throughout the business.
You will be responsible for partnering with leadership teams and Regional Managers to support the achievement of business objectives through the delivery, coordination and support of learning and development programs and initiatives for our Operations teams across multiple locations.
You will be responsible for:
Facilitating training for team members and leaders within our business
Coaching and developing our team members
Coordination and support of Product training and in store workshops
Design and development of learning programs
Skills and Attributes required:
You will ideally have:
2 - 3 years retail or Learning & Development experience
A qualification in Learning and Assessment is desirable
Ability to build effective relationships
Be able to manage workload across multiple sites
Strong facilitation and coaching skills
