Systems Administrator

We are looking for a systems savvy Administrator who has sound business knowledge, great attention to detail and organisational skills to come and work in the E-Commerce team and gain exposure to one of the biggest transitional projects, whereby Homebase move from using SAP as a core system, into Oracle for Bunnings over the next 2 years.

Reporting into the Specialist Maintenance Coordinator, you will maintain Merchandise system platforms including SAP, SAP Business Objects and Oracle (BMIE). You will be comfortable interacting with other departments such as IT, Finance and Store Development, with occasional travel to Wallington if necessary.

Your general responsibilities will include:

Development, testing and training for new/ updated merchandise systems and platforms
Be a Subject Matter Expert for systems, specifically SAP and Oracle
Troubleshoot system and hardware issues
Coordinate with IT Business Partner and IT teams, acting as a conduit to translate IT requirements
Examination of processes to define best practice approach
Provide systems training support to Merchandise TM's
Accurate system set up and maintenance of range matrices and new stores in a timely manner
Support and facilitation of item family tree changes including the resulting impact on systems and tools

What we are looking for from you:

Strong systems knowledge/ background and a willingness to adapt
Strong planning, time management and organisational skills
Experience of maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication, with accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency with MS Office 365 applications
Knowledge of Merchandising and Operational functions
Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
Advanced excel skills, with a background in VBA preferred
