About the role:

As an Advisor in our in-house recruitment team, you are responsible for placing the highest calibre candidates into our retail leadership and Store Support Centre teams. You will manage the end to end recruitment campaigns for your specified geographical region/department, liaise with relevant recruiting managers to understand specific requirements of the role along with team dynamics, culture and any other aspects of the role to confidently speak to candidates about it.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Identifying the most appropriate means & methods for attracting the best talent for the role, by identifying the resourcing activity, i.e. advertising internally, externally & succession planning, ensuring it is both efficient and cost-effective.
Utilising CV searches, data mining of job boards and targeted email campaigns to drive the attraction of candidates
Liaise with and guide the recruiting manager to agree on relevant selection criteria for their vacancy (ensuring consistency across job types and functions)
Following up on interviews, gaining recruiting manager’s feedback to progress to next relevant steps
Management of dealing with third-party suppliers
Review and development of existing recruitment and selection methods.

Person specification:

To succeed in the role you will need a sound knowledge of current recruitment trends along with good understanding of relevant recruitment legislation and previous experience of working in an in-house role. Experience of influencing and educating stakeholders at the different level will be a must have as it is such a big part of this role. You will be well organised, passionate about delivering the best service, resilient, and enjoying working as part of a fun fast paced team.
