We currently have a new opportunity for a Visual Merchandising Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Store Development team here at Bunnings Homebase. This role is responsible for managing and assisting the store teams which are due for project works, either nationally or individually.
You will be key to the coordination, execution and the facilitation of project activities necessary to achieve the timely completion of nominated store and national roll-out projects. Working hard to meet required standards, to set budgetary parameters and to specified timelines.
National roll out of Merch projects and coordination of projects in relation to relevant project documentation and execution.
Coordination of process and procedures with in the merchandising, store development and buying teams and other relevant stake holders. Communicating relevant project information to the management team.
Participate in the development and production of documentation to improve store project execution.
Manage administrative requirements of allocated projects, ensuring project documentation is current and stored appropriately
Produce project documentation that supports safe working practices.
Project Management or Business Management qualification preferred but not essential.
Proven operational retail experience
Ability to read and work with architectural plans
Understanding of the retail supply chain and product lead times
Strong in Microsoft Excel
Sound communication skills, both written and verbal
