You'll be employed on a fixed term contract until December 2018, to manage the Inbound supply of Direct to Store orders, liaising between vendors and stores across the Homebase Bunnings estate.
Your duties will include:
Supporting bookings for opening/pilot store program in conjunction with the merchandise business team.
Advising on challenges or clashes in schedule for the Distribution Centre and individual vendor bookings.
Optimising store delivery service levels through effective management of the internal appointments diary, ensuring agreed store delivery volumes are not exceeded.
Reporting on adherence to agreed appointment schedules and vendor compliance in order to challenge and improve performance.
Maintaining the schedule and to action any planned changes from vendors or store requests.
Managing the re-booking process for missed/failed deliveries with minimal impact to store workload.
Effectively dealing with queries from stores and vendors regarding deliveries.
Investigating all non-conformance instances and reporting appropriately.
Arranging meetings with vendors to deal with and manage operational issues impacting store deliveries.
Vendor Compliance reporting.
