Stock Flow Analyst - 9 Month FTC

Brief Position Description:

To provide analytical and administrative support for key business activities improving operational performance and process improvement, to aid the flow of stock into the business.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

Produce, review & analyse daily / weekly / monthly reports to ensure all targets are met and proactively work with all stakeholders to ensure delivery within agreed lead times. Escalate any issues as necessary
Analyse stock flow data & processes to highlight key items/areas where improvements can be made
Implement key activities that give greater visibility of data / information to enable a clear action plan for improvement
Build and maintains strong relationships with key internal & external stakeholders
Pro-actively monitor performance and ensure it meets and where possible exceeds agreed levels
Work with 3PLs to deliver visibility of operational performance in key areas, including supplier compliance and other key activities
Develop and fully document clear processes
Support the ongoing development of key projects across the business developing clear structures to ensure the end to end supply chain pinch points are visible.
Delivery other ad-hoc support as required

Your skills & qualifications will ideally include:

Strong numerical and analytical skills
Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to manipulate vast amount of information from various data sources (internal & external systems inc SAP / Business Object)
Knowledge of Macros &or the ability to learn would be beneficial
Strong communication skills at all levels
Good attention to detail with an organised and structured approach to achieve consistent quality
Able and willing to challenge accepted norms and facilitate innovative solutions to problems
Ability to deliver at pace and manage multiple pieces of work with challenging deadlines simultaneously
Able to prioritise and plan workload
