About the role
To support store colleagues, leadership teams, and the line in maximising store sales, customer service and profitability in stores that are safe to work and shop in.

Store Total Loss performance against benchmarks and targets
Store shrinkage and damages
Store controllable availability
Levels of internal theft and fraud
Levels of external theft and fraud
Store compliance to policies and procedures
Store price accuracy
Proven Store Leadership Experience
Previous field management experience would be desirable
Good MS office skills
Excellent communication skills
Good planning skills
Experience of Inventory Management & Loss Prevention would be desirable
Proven experience in supporting key strategic projects across a large business.
Used to working under pressure and to tight deadlines
Previous experience of project delivery where they can demonstrate how they have overcome obstacles and barriers to success
Takes personal ownership of deliverables and standard of work
