We currently have an opportunity available for a Brand and Gift Card Coordinator to join our Brand and Advertising team here at Homebase. You’ll be joining the brand team at an exciting time as we continue to transition our brands and offers within Homebase. As well as supporting the teams in delivering the new Bunnings Warehouse format.
Reporting into the Branded Products Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Homebase and Bunnings gift card strategy in order to maximise sales. The role covers a broad remit from marketing planning, to merchandising planning to in store execution and global sourcing. So you will be working closely alongside these teams to manage the Bunnings branded merchandise strategy and supporting the execution of House brand strategies and plans.
You will develop and manage the Homebase/Bunnings gift card strategy both in store and online.
You will regularly evaluate gift card sales and recommend actions based on insight.
You will develop annual communication plans for both Homebase/Bunnings gift cards
You will work closely with global sourcing team to manage the on-going supply and replenishment of branded merchandise.
You will develop branded merchandise ideas for UK market
You will work with the Australian team to align branded merchandise, where possible
You will provide regular updates on gift cards and branded merchandise progress to senior leaders when appropriate
You will support with delivering marketing plans for house brands as and when required.
Educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline.
Experience within a brand marketing environment (Retail desirable)
Experience of delivering marketing plans and managing all parts of the marketing mix
Ability to communicate with the wider business and stakeholders
Project management skills – manage multiple projects at once
Work autonomously as well as part of wider project teams
