Services Operations Coordinator
Field Based: North UK
We currently have a unique opportunity available within our Services team for a Services Operations Coordinator to join us. As an integral part of the Services team you’ll support the development of Bunning’s services strategy. Enabling effective operational delivery of Special Orders, Hire Shop, Spare Parts, Colour Matching, Gas Swap, Timber Cutting, Key Cutting and Engraving services.
As a key contact for operational stakeholders you will represent merchandising working cross functionally to drive strong engagement of services within the business, and delivering great results through passionate people.
You’ll be the source of insight and solutions as a confident subject matter expert for store services; you will have the ability to adapt to different challenges. You will be capable of building relationships across the business and comfortable leading development within it. As an advocate of continuous improvement, you will always be looking for ways to improve the experience for our customers and team members.
This is a field based role covering the North of the UK - flexibility regarding travel is essential.
Primary services point of contact for operations function and store stakeholders
Manage the services implementation process ensuring that all necessary processes and procedural requirements are developed and delivered
Work in conjunction with human resources and suppliers to develop effective training programmes, ensuring high levels of process and product knowledge across operators
Influence the merchandising team and suppliers in overcoming customer pain points and delivering key operational developments within the services portfolio
Deliver solutions to any problems that arise, inclusive of the liaison with wider business stakeholders to rectify any customer complaints efficiently
Measure the customer satisfaction, sales performance and operational efficiency of services, making the relevant adaptations to the offer and operation where required
Liaise with marketing teams to establish branding and develop marketing strategies for new special order products and store services
