Main Purpose

To provide independent assurance and information to Senior Management (through the Audit Manager) regarding operational critical process compliance levels within the Supply Chain for Homebase Bunnings, and Home Delivery operations. The role holder is responsible for completing audits in accordance with the audit plan, providing process assurance and driving improvements, including, highlighting poor performance and areas of potential risk, resulting in stock, sales or revenue loss.


Plan and complete all Audits at all distribution centres
Reporting accurate information to help drive improvement and consistent standards of compliance to procedures.
Analyse audits, which are reported in a timely fashion
Great at identifying broken processes whilst engaging, coaching, influencing stakeholders and making appropriate recommendations.
Sharing best practice and identifying opportunities to improve across the network.
To support the audit manager in preparing audit findings for inclusion into reports.
Access to sensitive and other confidential information, will need to follow secure operating procedures for handing information in all formats.
Great at influencing changes in corporate procedures and working methods in the supply chain.
Travel is involved to all distributions and nominated stores.

Key Requirements

Previous experience or knowledge of how distribution center operate.
Ability to influence others, based on technical Knowledge.
Have an understanding and access specific area within Catalyst, SAP and business objectives systems.
Great understanding of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point.
Creative and proactive problem solver.
Strong analytical skills
Able to work under pressure to deliver the required targets.
Excellent communication skills
Need to be independent at all times
