Team Member (Store Service Support)

We’re always looking for great people to join our team, this is an integral role within our stores. As a Service Support Team Member you will will be responsible for collating store records, answering customer calls and dealing with internal department queries. There will be strong focus on this role to coordinate store activity and ensure the store leadership team are kept up to date.

You’ll need to be flexible to support our busiest times, which can include weekday, evening and weekend work, as well as public holidays.

What will you be doing?

Answering the telephone to all incoming customer calls
Managing the in store telephone system
Owning the customer relationship i.e. responsible for either answering, transferring the customer query directly or getting the answer and calling the customer back in a timely manner
Maintaining up-to-date records of customer feedback – Have Your Say, Letters, Telephone Calls etc.
Liaising with the store support call centre as required to ensure all customer queries are followed up to resolution as required
All Team Member admin – new starters/leavers/contracts/oracle maintenance/uniform/letters/recruitment admin etc.
Running reports and assisting the leadership team with the Team Member Development Page to ensure its up to date

What will help you succeed?

Good understanding of our sales floor and store processes as well as an awareness of product knowledge
You’ll need to be self-motivated with a team work attitude
Strong interpersonal skills with resilience to change
Open communication style with the ability to deal with people at all levels
With a passion for retail and an aptitude for customer service, you’ll deliver results with energy and drive
Excellent organisational skills
Good organisation and prioritisation skills
Experience in Microsoft office – Word, Excel and Powerpoint, along with knowledge of SAP, ability to learn other in store software is essential.
