The role

To create and distribute store communications from the Store Support. Supporting the store comms team, ensuring that all communications to stores are timely, engaging, and accurate. Working with the Store Communications Content Officer with maintenance of intranet, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate.

What will I be doing?

Assist in the preparation and analysis of regularly scheduled reports
Work with Master Data team to ensure accuracy of Extra Choice product master data, incl. recommending retail pricing, requesting amends to product statuses and lead times
Maintain team inbox and Yammer page, responding and resolving Extra Choice queries from internal teams
Identify improvement opportunities for Extra Choice online product content to drive sales and work with suppliers and teams to implement
Produce ‘what good looks like’ documents, write internal business updates for distribution
Support range development projects, incl. actioning supplier set-up, product set-up, maintaining supplier database, obtaining SLAs and maintaining a filing system, briefing literature requirements and facilitating artwork sign-off
Ad hoc administrative tasks as required in response to business needs
Manage day-to-day activities for the Extra Choice proposition, providing support to the Vendor Support Co-ordinator and Extra Choice Manager with trading, projects and range development.

What I need to be successful:

Office administration experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of SAP or similar software
Excellent time management skills
Able to problem solve, prioritise work and multi-task
Strong focus and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Enjoys fast paced environment
