Creation and delivery of the multi-channel marketing plan
Maximising visits to our stores and website
Providing reasons for customers to visit through deals and promotions, newness and innovation and category and brand stories
What will I be doing?
Managing seasonal campaigns from concept to delivery:
Identifies opportunities and key focuses with the merch team and digital trading team
Develops the brief
Engages across commercial, ops, digital trading and marketing
Pulls together relevant category plans, to create one business plan ensuring the strongest messages get support
Develops comms brief for retail marketing including any messaging and content requirements
Works closely with retail marketing on appropriate comms channels and execution
Works closely with operations on the instore execution and with digital on the online execution
Ensures alignment across the business and that teams hit deadlines
Leads the review process
What I need to be successful:
Retail marketing experience, delivered marketing plans in a complex environment.
Commercial thinker, get things done, confident communicator, ability to build relations across functions and levels.
