Digital Marketing, Content & Merchandising

Digital Marketing are responsible for managing and measuring all aspects of our campaigns, from Google AdWords to banners on external sites. They also drive traffic into the Homebase website through tailored digital marketing activity, including localised targeting.

Content and Design manage and improve the customer experience through content and shopping journey development, providing a huge source of inspiration, help and advice to our customers. Responsible for the accuracy and presentation of all product information to best inform our customers and delivering new digital design templates to further improve the appearance and usability of our website.

Merchandising ensure that we’re delivering targeted and intelligent product suggestions to our online customers. Testing new ways to drive profit online with sharp commercial minds, our merchandising team is key in contributing to the growth of our online business.
